Abstract
The author examines what it means for Health Advocates (who believe progress and patient protection are essential/inevitable) to have to contend with the current Bush Administration's hold on all branches of government. The author demonstrates how the Bush Administration does not show any signs of being sympathetic to the causes of Health Advocates.
