Abstract
"The Universal Health Care Action Network, UHCAN!, is a nationwide network of individuals and organizations who believe in health care for all. Founded in 1992, its mission is to create and strengthen nationwide momentum for justice in health care. Their ultimate goal is a national health care system which is 'Universal, Publicly Accountable and Affordable,' and which provides 'Comprehensive Quality Care.'"
