Abstract
"A system that really cares for people should sustain their well-being in their communities, and provide a continuum of care from birth to death. This social model uses each person's individual strengths and integrates him or her into a support system that provides for emotional as well as physical needs. Arts programs can do this by tapping into all aspects of a person's well-being."
